Wheelwright Consultants provides consulting services and training for Food Service Operators including but not limited to Restaurants, Hotels, Museums and Cultural Institutions, Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Assisted Living, Schools, Colleges, Church Kitchen, Cafeterias of all kinds, Caterers, and Home Kitchens, as well as to Governmental Organizations and Professional Associations.

Our ServSafe Manager classes cover material for all levels. The ServSafe Manager exam is from the National Restaurant Association. Class participants include new food handlers and entry level cooks, church volunteers, chefs, managers, and food service directors. We cover the basics of food safety and sanitation. We also cover the basics of food allergies and allergen safety and connect you with the allergen certification course which you can take on your own.

Health Departments have also sent new hires to our program to achieve their Manager certification, which they have found to be a good foundation as they begin their careers as inspectors.

When taking the ServSafe exam, we off the traditional paper exam in our classes, but also offer proctoring for online exams .
